Text | Here is a very old flower model.
1. Start at the frog base. Arrange it so that the free points are upwards, as well as the short points in the middle of the shape. Normally, the different flaps are arranged symmetrically, the front face having a short point. 2. Rotate the right front flap from right to left, along the vertical middle crease. The new front flap does not have a tip. 3. Flip the fold from right to left. 4. Rotate the right front flap from right to left, along the vertical middle crease. The new front flap does not have a tip. 5. Raise the front left flap vertically to locate the central axis. 6. Create a valley fold by bringing the lower right side of the upper right flap along the centerline. Mark the fold well. 7. Bring the left flap flat, if you have not already done so. Bring the bottom left edge of the top left flap along the center line. We obtain a very elongated diamond shape with extra thickness, with a free point at the top. 8. Slide your index finger behind this point, until you feel two small sharp points. Slide your finger between the tip and these two small tips until you are blocked. Fold the point towards you in the valley at the height of the blocking line. Flatten. 9. Flip the fold from right to left. 10. Apply the treatments in steps 5 to 8 to the two front flaps. 11. Rotate the right front flap from right to left, along the vertical middle crease. The new front flap is smooth. 12. Flip the fold from right to left. 13. Rotate the right front flap from right to left, along the vertical middle crease. The new front flap is smooth. 14. Apply the treatments from steps 5 to 10 to both front and rear flaps. 15. Place the two front and rear flaps horizontally. 16. Place the two points hidden in the folds horizontally. This becomes three-dimensional. 17. Shape the petals by folding them slightly. |
