| Text | Very simple folding, to associate with a water lily flower and a frog.
1. Prepare an octagon, leave it at the waterbomb base, tip down. You have to fold it like an accordion so as to obtain a sort of triangle. The median of the upper triangle is marked by a fold. 2. Fold the top side of the triangle down, bringing the middle of that side over the middle crease. Mark the fold well, which is done through all the thicknesses. There is no reference point. The chosen distance will be the height of the edge of the sheet. 3. Open the fold completely, maintaining the octagonal shape. 4. Fold the fold contours vertically using the folds formed in step 2. The extra paper that appears at the height of each vertex must be pinched slightly outwards. 5. Finish shaping by slightly curling the edges of the sheet. |
